The panoramic outlook is the defining feature of Solent View. From the living room, the kitchen and both balconies the water fills the horizon, and the everyday life of the Solent — cruising yachts, racing fleets, ferries and shipping — plays out in front of you.
Some places give you a sea view. At Solent View, the sea becomes part of your stay.
The Apartment

Solent View sleeps six across three bedrooms, with a vaulted living room, a separate kitchen and dining room and two balconies — considerably more room to spread out than a handful of hotel rooms.

The main sea-view balcony is a genuine extension of the living space, with plenty of room to enjoy alfresco breakfasts, long lunches and evening meals at the dining table, seating six.
A separate relaxed seating area with comfortable chairs, a sofa and coffee table gives you somewhere to settle in, unwind and simply take in the panoramic views across the Solent — from morning coffee to sundowners as the yachts pass below.

Sailing in Cowes
At the heart of it.
Cowes is known around the world for sailing, and Solent View offers an unusually direct connection to the water. Racing fleets, regatta days and the constant traffic of the Solent are all visible from the apartment and its balconies.
It is a natural base for Cowes Week, the Round the Island Race and the wider regatta calendar — and just as good on an ordinary summer afternoon, when the fleet is out anyway.

We loved this apartment and it’s fabulous sea views. It is stylish, well equipped and in a great location, walking distance from Cowes high street. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the yachts, cruise ships and container ships glide by. We’ll definitely be back.
Stunning views, fab location to walk into Cowes. Loads of space - we are a family of 4 with grown up kids - and balconies are perfect to enjoy in the warm weather. Great spot to explore the island. Bathrooms were perfect - powerful hot shower in one and deep, full bath in the other. Everything you need.
We had the most fabulous time, the apartment was amazing as were the views. The additional homely touches made us feel very welcome.
