Sailing in Cowes
At the heart of it.
Racing on the Solent, seen from your own balcony.
Watching from Solent View
A grandstand above the water.
Cowes is internationally associated with sailing, and Solent View has an unusually direct relationship with the water. Fleets, class racing and the everyday traffic of the Solent pass in front of the apartment throughout the season.
For crews and spectators alike, a three-bedroom apartment sleeping six offers a civilised alternative to several hotel rooms: space to gather, a proper kitchen, and a balcony to watch the day unfold from.

Cowes Week
The spectacle, close at hand.
During Cowes Week, racing fills the Solent while Cowes Green becomes a natural place to watch the fleets. The Green is less than five minutes on foot from Solent View, placing guests close to the waterfront while retaining the space of a private apartment.

Cowes Week
One of the longest-running regattas in the world, filling the town and the Solent each summer. Cowes Week books up early, so enquire well ahead for August dates.
Round the Island Race
The annual circumnavigation of the Isle of Wight starts from Cowes each summer. With three bedrooms and parking, the apartment suits a crew or a family spectating from the balcony.
Regattas & racing
Club racing, regattas and events run through the season, much of it visible from the apartment and its balconies.

Beyond Regatta Week
A maritime town, year round.
Cowes Yacht Haven and the working waterfront keep the town connected to the water beyond the summer events. From quiet winter mornings to club racing through the season, sailing remains part of Cowes life throughout the year.
