We had the most fabulous time, the apartment was amazing as were the views. The additional homely touches made us feel very welcome.
Fabulous apartment in great location.
The flat is spacious and we had everything we needed to cook-great kitchen! The weather was idyllic and we ate meals and had tea on the balcony to watch the boats and yachts sailing by. Walking into town along the beachfront was easy and scenic! A wonderful stay-thank you!!
A fabulous apartment to use as a base for your stay on the Isle of Wight. It had everything we needed at the apartment including the fabulous views across the Solent and the cruise ships. We had 2 wonderful days exploring the island, including Osborne House. The weather was 100% sunshine. A bit too warm on the balcony at times, but I’m not complaining. Truly a great place and would love to come back.
Excellent stay for Christmas - we were visiting from overseas so a place that felt so homely and Xmas comfy with a tree and decorations was a lovely surprise! 5 of us were staying and all very comfortable (even cooking a full Christmas dinner) with perfect distance from Cowes to dip in and out to shops, cafes and pubs, and enjoy walks along the front. Honestly, gave everything we needed and more - highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay on the Isle of Wight. Communication with Ceri made check in v easy, location was great - in walking distance of Cowes, and place was as described, furnished to a high, modern standard. Thanks so much for a lovely weekend.
Amazing stay here, so much room and had every type of appliance you could ask for. Views are stunning, we had everything we needed. Even the toddler was entertained with games and jigsaws. Perfect stay, would love to visit and stay here again!
Beautiful apartment, very clean, amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, towels provided. Prompt information and replies to any queries I had. As top floor there are 4 small staircases to climb. Quiet location - approx 20 mins walk to restaurants and Cowes town centre. Would definitely book again.

A stunning apartment in a stunning location! The views of the Solent from the balcony are second to none. The apartment is beautiful - the layout, decor and furnishings are all lovely. It’s an easy walk into Cowes which has great restaurants. We loved that there is a parking space and Ceri and Laura were very responsive, helpful and great hosts! Thank you both - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Just back from a wonderful week’s stay here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the decor was gorgeous, the view was beautiful and it had everything you’d need for a wonderful break away. Communication was also great and instructions were clear. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day!
Beautiful apartment with amazing views, perfectly positioned, a ten minute walk into Cowes centre. Parking for 1 car but on road parking available for extra cars. Owners have supplied everything you could need and more. Great communication, replied to questions quickly. Luxury base for the IOW Festival 😊
Fabulous apartment. Even better in the ‘flesh’…we spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the large tankers and smaller vessels on the ocean. The beds were super comfy, plenty for the children to do as there are games and toys in the lounge. Easy check in and overall a fabulous stay. Would recommend to anyone with or without children☺️
Stunning views, fab location to walk into Cowes. Loads of space - we are a family of 4 with grown up kids - and balconies are perfect to enjoy in the warm weather. Great spot to explore the island. Bathrooms were perfect - powerful hot shower in one and deep, full bath in the other. Everything you need.
This is a gorgeous little apartment with stunning views across the Solent. We've enjoyed watching the sun set and the stars twinkle from the balcony on an evening. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and is really well equipped. Fabulous location with just a couple of minute's walk to the beach and only 10-15 minutes walk into the vibrant town.
We loved this apartment and it’s fabulous sea views. It is stylish, well equipped and in a great location, walking distance from Cowes high street. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the yachts, cruise ships and container ships glide by. We’ll definitely be back.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Solent View. The views really are spectacular; it's hard to stop looking out to the Solent and the flat is so comfortable and well provisioned, we felt right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped so we enjoyed home cooked meals whilst watching the ships go by but the location is so convenient for the town that we could have happily eaten out every night. Ceri was so helpful and made the booking process seamless. We'd love to stay here again. Thank you Ceri!!
This apartment was amazing. Very clean with amazing views. Great location and great communication with the host. Kids loved watching the ships go past. Would definitely book this apartment again in the future.
This is a really lovely apartment. Really clean with great facilities and marvellous views - definitely delivers what is "says on the tin". About 15 - 20 minutes walk along the front from Cowes centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Island and at this apartment
Great apartment, as it is in the photos. Great location too and in a very clean and safe area. Big bonus of having its own parking space on a driveway too. Hosts were excellent and a minor niggle was managed very well! Would 100% consider this place again with the hosts.
Ceri proved a great host. Everything was lined up as promised. A wonderful flat in a perfect location. We had a small issue at the beginning with the TV and this was put right immediately. The flat was clean and well prepared. We had an excellent stay.
A beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the Solent. Within a short 10 minute stroll along the sea front to the main town centre with many shops and restaurants. Also just a short distance from the Redjet passenger ferry if you want to leave the car at home.
Access to the property was very easy and well described. The property was clean, really nicely furnished/decorated and the views were amazing! Highly Recommended
Perfectly positioned, beautifully appointed and spacious, this was an ideal base from which to enjoy Cowes, and the Island.
If you want a fab fourth floor apartment in a great location this place is for you! Situated in a smart, peaceful and leafy residential district opposite The Solent and quiet beach, it is only a 15 minute stroll into Cowes Centre. The apartment lives up to the website billing and pictures. We had seven nights here which was just perfect. Very well equipped, immaculately clean, tidy and well organised. Beautiful views as well from the spacious kitchen, lounge and terraces. I would not hesitate to give it 100% recommendation. Ceri is brilliant with communications and provided us with a number of local recommendations for eateries et al which did not disappoint at all. It was good to leave the car parked safely and walk off the calories after evening meals! Thanks for a great stay Ceri.

Great apartment with wonderful views across to the mainland and of the interesting and amazing ships going in and out of Southampton. Wow, those cruise ships are big!
